Year 1 PSHE and RE

Culture fortnight has started! The children in Year 1 have been embracing this special 2 weeks in school where we will be exploring everything to do with India. Already the children have been creating flags, finding where India is compared to the UK, learnt to say numbers in Hindi and dressed up in traditional clothing. As part of their writing journey the children are planning and writing a postcard from India.
