Y5 visited Carding Mill Valley to learn more about rivers and habitats. They walked up and down hills, collected animals to study in a lab, used microscopes to learn more about river creatures, investigated the velocity of the river and measured the depth of the river. Wow! This will support their leaning in class in all areas of the curriculum.
