School Meals

There is a good variety of healthy meals available each day including vegetarian food. A school meal can be purchased at the cost of £2.40 per day. Dinner money must be paid online every Monday morning or the first day of any working week. If you call in the office we can support you in setting up online payments. Children may bring a healthy packed lunch to eat at school. We promote healthy eating and discourage parents/carers from putting sugary and/or fizzy drinks, sweets or crisps in the lunchbox.

 

All children in Reception and Years 1 and 2 are entitled to universal free school meals. If you have a child in years 3, 4, 5 or 6 and you think they may be entitled to free school meals then call in at the school office and let us know and we will be able to check once we have your full details.

If you wish to change your child’s usual lunchtime arrangements then please contact the school office as soon as possible.

The catering at West Park Primary is now provided by Shire Services; the change means that pupils have a range of choices including vegetarian and fish, access to a salad bar daily and KS2 children also have a deli bar menu too! Please click here for the latest menu.
