Jungle Joy

It's a been a brilliant sunny week in Nursery, and the children have been making the most of the good weather! We have been exploring maths outside with natural objects, subatising and counting! We have been learning all about the story of Monkey Puzzle and talking about our own special mummies. We have also been making some very special cards ready for Sunday. The children have used their imaginations to go on a jungle adventure, seeing which animals they could spot from their amazing jungle car. We even had a go at listing the animals we saw. Lots of amazing writing and markmaking! The children have also been practising their social skills at a very special tea party. It was lovely to hear them using their imaginations and and sharing the resources. Would anyone like a piece of cake?
