We have had so much fun in Nursery using the wonderful story of Elmer to inspire our learning. We have decorated Elmer; explored how you mix white and back paint to make grey; rolled plasticine to make long and short trunks; made wrinkly elephants; retold the story (particularly enjoying squashing the berries!) and subitised using counters on elephants and so much more!
