The aim is for you to complete at least an hour each week, more if you can.

Get moving

With gym sessions and school playtimes no longer on the agenda, finding ways to keep active is super important.

An action song will provide an energy boost to all taking part.

Shake my sillies out, Baby one, two three and Wiggle jiggle are just some that will do the trick.

We've put together a Get moving playlist with some great songs and activities.

One Moment, One People

Hi Everyone,

Have a go at rewriting the highlighted parts of this song.

Make it your own song, so that it means a lot to you and your family.

Then sing it loudly and proudly!!

One Moment, One People

If you are locked out I will bring the key.
If you are lonely come and stand by me.

Cos the room keeps getting brighter as you shine a light.
and the world keeps getting kinder with you by my side.

This is one moment,
(This is) one people,
(This is) one lifetime,
(This is) one song. (x2)

If you feel diff'rent we will take your hand.
If you feel frightened come and join the band.

Cos the room keeps getting brighter as we shine a light,
and the world keeps getting kinder singing out side by side.

This is one moment,
(This is) one people,
(This is) one lifetime,
(This is) one song. (x2)

Every heartbeat drums together and fills up with pride
and we’re growing strong together, singing out side by side.

This is one moment,
(This is) one people,
(This is) one lifetime,
(This is) one song.

This is one moment, (Cos the room keeps getting brighter as you shine a light,)
(This is) one people,
(This is) one lifetime, (and the world keeps getting kinder with you by my side.)
(This is) one song (x 2)

The room keeps getting brighter as you shine a light,
and the world keeps getting kinder with you by my side.

Sing

Some words they can’t be spoken only sung.
So hear a thousand voices shouting love.
There’s a place, there’s a time in this life when you sing what you are feeling.
Find your feet, stand your ground, don’t you see right now the world is listening to what we say?

Sing it louder, sing it clearer, knowing everyone will hear you.
Make some noise, find your voice tonight.
Sing it stronger, sing together, make this moment last forever.
Old and young shouting love tonight.

To sing we’ve had a lifetime to wait (Wait, wait, wait)
And see a thousand faces celebrate. (We have to celebrate)
You brought hope, you brought light, conquered fear, no it wasn’t always easy.
Stood your ground, kept your faith, don’t you see right now the world is listening to what we say?

Sing it louder, sing it clearer, knowing ev’ryone will hear you.
Make some noise, find your voice tonight.
Sing it stronger, sing together, make this moment last forever.
Old and young shouting love tonight.

Some words they can’t be spoken, only sung.
To hear a thousand voices shouting love and life and hope.
Just sing. (x2) Just sing. (Oh, yeah) (x3)

Sing it louder, sing it clearer, knowing ev’ryone will hear you,
Make some noise, find your voice tonight.
Sing it stronger, sing together, make this moment last forever.
Old and young shouting love tonight.

Hear a thousand voices shouting love.
